Shipping and Delivery

Where does my order ship from? Orders to the United States ship from our warehouse in Georgia, in the US. Every other order ships from our warehouse in Slovakia, in the EU.

How soon does it leave? We pack and send your order within 1 to 3 business days.

When will it arrive? In the United States, 3 to 7 business days after it ships. In the EU and everywhere else, 8 to 10 business days. These are estimates: carriers, customs, public holidays and weather can add time.

What does delivery cost? Delivery is free on orders of €75 or more in the EU, excluding Cyprus, and $75 or more in the United States. Below that, it's €7.95 in the EU, excluding Cyprus, and $6.95 in the United States. Delivery to Cyprus is €15. Rates for European destinations outside the EU start at €9; other supported destinations are €15. You'll always see the exact cost for your address and order at checkout before you pay.

Will I pay import duties or taxes? Orders within the EU and within the United States ship from inside those markets, so there are no import duties to pay. For every other country, your order may be charged VAT, import duties or carrier fees by your country on arrival. Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, those charges are yours, and we can't refund them.

How do I track my order? When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

What if my package is late, lost or damaged? Email info@grechandco.com with your order number as soon as you can, and we'll look into it with the carrier. A package becomes yours once it's delivered to the address you gave us, so please check the address at checkout; we can't redirect a package that leaves with an incomplete one.

What if a package comes back to us? If a package is refused, not collected, or returned because the address was incomplete, we may deduct the shipping, return and customs costs it ran up before refunding you.
