Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Need to return or exchange something?
We understand that sometimes something simply isn’t quite right.
You can submit a return or exchange request using the button below. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. EU customers may also use this process to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal.
What happens next
1 · Submit your request
Sign in using the email address connected to your order, select the item you would like to return and tell us the reason for your request.
For an exchange, please include the replacement product, size or colour you would prefer in the notes.
2 · Wait for approval
Please do not send anything back before receiving your approval email.
We will review your request and send you the correct return address and instructions.
3 · Send your parcel
For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return postage is paid by the customer.
The parcel must be sent using tracked or registered postage. Please keep your receipt and tracking details until your request has been fully completed. If a parcel sent without tracking is lost or does not reach our warehouse, we are unable to accept responsibility for it.
4 · Refund or exchange
Once the parcel has arrived and been inspected, we will complete the approved refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items follow a separate process. Please select the correct reason and include photographs where requested so we can help arrange the return properly.
Securing your preferred replacement
Exchange items cannot be reserved while your return is in transit.
To make sure your preferred item, size or colour does not sell out, you are welcome to place a new order through our website while your return is being processed. Your new order will be processed and shipped separately.
Once your original item has been returned, received and approved, the applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method. When you choose this option, the original request is processed as a return and refund rather than an exchange.
