How The Movement works ~ the terms
These are the terms for being part of The Movement, the GRECH & CO. creator program. They are written to be read, not skimmed. If anything here is unclear, write to info@grechandco.com before you join.
1. Who can join
The Movement is open to parents and creators who already own and use GRECH & CO. pieces, or who would like to. There is no minimum audience size. You must be 18 or over and able to receive payments in your own name. GRECH & CO. may decline or end a membership at any time, and will always say so directly.
2. Your link and your commission
When you join you receive a personal link to grechandco.com. Purchases made through your link earn you a commission of 15% of the net order value (the price paid after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and duties), calculated in euros. Commission is confirmed once the order is outside our returns window; orders that are cancelled, returned or refunded do not earn commission. Payments are made through the platform that hosts your link, on its payout schedule and terms, which you accept when you create your account there. You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn.
3. Gifts
From time to time we send gifts to members. A gift is a gift: it carries no obligation to post, tag, review or say anything at all, and what you do with it is yours to decide. Gifts are chosen by us, are subject to availability, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Where a gift crosses a border, we will tell you in advance who is responsible for any duty.
4. What you share, and how
Your words are your own. We never write your captions and never ask you to say something you do not mean. Two things we do ask: that anything you say about the pieces is true (for example, do not claim a protection level, material or certification we have not published), and that where a post contains your link you follow the disclosure rules that apply where you live (in most places, a clear "affiliate link" or "ad" is enough). Please do not bid on GRECH & CO. brand terms in paid search, run your link through coupon or cashback sites, or present yourself as GRECH & CO. itself.
5. Your photographs
Your photographs stay yours. When you tag @grechandco or @piecesofeverydaymagic, you give GRECH & CO. permission to share that post on our own channels, always with your name credited. We will not use your image in paid advertising, on packaging or in print without asking you first and receiving your written yes. If you ever want a shared post taken down, tell us and we will remove it.
6. Children
Many members are photographed with their children. You decide what is shared and what stays private, and we will never ask for more. Please only share images of other people's children with their parent's permission.
7. Earlier programs
The Movement replaces our earlier collective and referral program. Personal discount codes, store-credit commission and friend referral codes from that program are retired. Any store credit you earned before the change will be honored; write to us and we will settle it.
8. Leaving
You can leave at any time by closing your account on the platform or writing to us. Commission already confirmed will still be paid. We may end a membership if these terms are broken, if a link is used in a way that misleads customers, or if the relationship is no longer working for either side ~ and we will tell you why.
9. Changes
If these terms change, we will email members before the change takes effect. Continuing to share your link after that date means you accept the new terms.
