Shipping (Delivery) Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking link. It may take up to 2 business days for the tracker to become active if it’s in transit via ground.

Flat Shipping rates :

• Denmark: flat €9 (track & trace)
  
• Europe: flat €9 (track & trace)
  
• Rest of World: flat €15 (track & trace)

Free shipping thresholds:

• EU orders over €50
  
  • International orders over €200
    

Important: GRECH & CO. does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on their part.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange:

Fill out the Returns/Exchanges form, including:

• Order number
  
• Date of delivery
  
• Reason for return/exchange
  
• Image of the product with original tags and packaging

1. Await approval, then you’ll receive the return shipping address.
   
2. Send the item back with a registered and traceable courier, in its original packaging with tags intact.
   
3. Once received and inspected, if everything is in original condition, you’ll be refunded (product cost only)—shipping is not refunded unless the return is due to a defect or their error.
   

Exchanges:

• You can place a new order right away and then return the original item.
  
• Or wait for the return approval, then place a new order.

Defective or faulty items: If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, GRECH & CO. will cover all shipping costs.

Final sale (“sale” or “discounted”) items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Summary: Acceptable Criteria for Returns/Exchanges

• Must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, with original tags, packaging intact, and sent via a registered & traceable courier.
  
• Submit the returns/exchanges form (with required details and image), then wait for approval.
  
• Return shipping is customer’s responsibility—unless:
  
  • The item is defective, or
    
  • There was an error from GRECH & CO.
    
• Final sale items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
