Depending on your delivery destination, your order may be subject to VAT, sales tax, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, or other local charges.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

GRECH & CO. is not responsible for delays, charges, rejected parcels, or delivery issues caused by customs clearance, local tax authorities, import restrictions, or the customer’s failure to pay required import charges.

8. Orders & Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request.

We reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel an order before fulfillment where necessary, including where:

• the item is unavailable

• the order appears fraudulent or suspicious

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, not collected, or could not be delivered due to an address issue, we may deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, or other costs incurred before issuing any refund, where permitted by law.

11. Risk of Loss

Risk in the products passes to the customer when the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided, or when the parcel is collected by the customer or someone authorized by the customer.

If you believe your parcel is missing, damaged in transit, or incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.

12. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• clear photos of the product

• clear photos of the packaging, if the parcel arrived damaged

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns and withdrawal requests.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will help resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, wholesale and B2B orders are placed on a pre-payment basis.

Wholesale, retailer, distributor, and B2B customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, product information, shipping terms, duties, taxes, import requirements, and applicable resale obligations before placing an order.

Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to wholesale, retailer, distributor, or B2B purchases.

28. Resale & Unauthorized Commercial Use

GRECH & CO. products are sold for personal use unless purchased through an approved wholesale, retailer, distributor, or B2B account.
