Ordered from our Online Store? In the case that you have received a wrong order or product, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com with your name and order number.
If your product was purchased at one of our lovely retail stores: please contact them directly. The retailer will process your claim according to the rules of the country from which our retailer operates.
Product received as a gift from our Online Store? Please provide the proof of purchase to submit your claim. If the gift purchased from one of our affiliated retailers we kindly ask you to revert to the retailer your gift was purchased from.
