Please note: GRECH & CO. does not bear the shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error is on our part. Thank you for understanding that we are a small business and that your support helps us continue crafting mindful goods for a creative life.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
Step 1: Fill Out Our Returns/Exchanges Form

Step 2: Approval & Next Steps
Once your form is submitted, we will contact you with an approval or denial. If approved, you will receive the return shipping address for our warehouse.

Step 3: Send Us Your Tracking Number
Please share your parcel’s track & trace number with us. Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product and its packaging.

Step 4: Refunds
If the returned item is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact, we will process a refund for the product amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or there was an error on our part.
Exchanges
Need something different? You’re welcome to either:

Place a new order for the item you wish to receive, and then initiate your return.
Wait for your return to be approved and processed, and then place your new order.

We encourage placing new orders promptly to avoid stock shortages.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or has been damaged in transit, please contact us directly through the return form. These cases are prioritised, and GRECH & CO. will cover all related shipping costs.
