Terms and Conditions

Who are you buying from? G&CO. Ltd, a company registered in Malta, trading as GRECH & CO., a children's lifestyle brand designed in Denmark and sold around the world. Our shop runs on Shopify. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean G&CO. Ltd; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

What do I agree to? By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery page and Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.

Do my local consumer rights still apply? Yes. Nothing here removes or limits a consumer right that the law where you live gives you. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, unless your local consumer law says otherwise, and as a consumer you can also bring a claim in the courts or complaint bodies where you live.

Who can order? Anyone able to enter into a contract where they live. If you're under the age of majority, please use the site with a parent or guardian. Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, interfere with its security, or scrape it without our permission.

How accurate are product pages? We describe every piece, its colors, materials, sizes and prices as carefully as we can. Colors can look different from screen to screen. All products are subject to availability, and if we find an error we'll correct it, even after an order is placed; if we cancel because of it, we refund you in full.

How should I use the pieces? For their intended purpose, following the care, safety and age guidance that comes with them, and with an adult nearby where that makes sense for your child. We're not responsible for damage or injury from misuse, from ignoring that guidance, or from changes made to a product. This never limits your consumer rights.

What will I pay? The price shown at checkout when you place your order, in the currency shown there. Prices can change before you order. Depending on where you live, VAT, sales tax, import duties or carrier fees may apply, and unless checkout clearly says otherwise, import charges are yours.

When is my order accepted? Your confirmation email tells us we have your order. We may still review, refuse or cancel an order before it ships, for example when a price or product detail is wrong, an item is unavailable, payment can't be verified, an order looks fraudulent or meant for unauthorized resale, a promotion has been misused, or we can't deliver to the address. If we cancel after payment, we refund you to the original payment method.

How do I pay? At checkout, with one of the payment methods offered there. Payments go through secure payment providers, and we never store your full card details. If a payment is declined, reversed or flagged for review, we may delay or cancel the order.

When does a parcel become mine? Once it's delivered to the address you gave us, or collected by you or someone you've authorized. Delivery times are estimates, and we can't redirect a parcel sent to an incomplete or outdated address. Our Shipping and Delivery page has the details.

Can I return or exchange? Yes. Our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy explains the 30-day window, the EU right of withdrawal, the items that can't come back, and what happens if a piece is faulty, damaged or wrong.

How do offers and discount codes work? Each offer follows the terms shown with it. Unless it says otherwise, codes can't be combined or added after you order, and offers can change or end. If a return means an order no longer meets an offer's conditions, we may adjust the refund, where the law allows.

How do gift cards work? Gift cards follow the terms shown when you buy them and can't be exchanged for cash unless the law requires it. Please keep yours safe, as we can't replace a lost or stolen card.

What about my account and our emails? Please keep your login safe and your details up to date. We send newsletters and offers only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time; order, shipping and return emails still reach you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and cookies.

Who owns the designs and photos? Everything on our site, from our prints, designs and photography to our words and logo, belongs to or is licensed to GRECH & CO. Buying a piece doesn't give you rights in them, so please ask us in writing before using any of it.

Can you share my review or photos? Please share only words, photos and videos you have the right to share. We ask permission before reusing a customer's photo or video in our marketing or social media. Submitting a review does not by itself give us that permission. We may remove unlawful or misleading content, and any use remains subject to the permission given and your legal rights.

What about other services linked from the site? Payment, shipping, review and social platforms are run by their own providers under their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.

Can I buy to resell? Our online shop is for personal use. Wholesale, retailer and distributor orders are placed through an approved trade account and follow our wholesale terms; unless agreed in writing, they're paid in advance, and consumer withdrawal rights don't apply to them. We may cancel orders that look like unauthorized resale.

What are the limits of our responsibility? As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, from using our site or products. We can't promise the site will always be available or free of errors. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your consumer rights.

What if something outside our control gets in the way? We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier or customs delays, strikes, extreme weather, outages or government action.

And the rest of the fine print? If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away doesn't mean we've given it up. We may stop or restrict access for anyone who breaks these terms. We may update these terms by posting the new version here.
